(CBS13) – Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are calling it quits, according to several entertainment sources.
Both TMZ.com and People.com say Katie's attorney, Jonathan Wolfe released a statement saying it's a private matter and her primary concern is her daughter.
Cruise and Holmes have been married for five years and have one daughter, Suri.
Cruise has two children from his earlier marriage to actress Nicole Kidman. He was also married to Mimi Rogers.
