This is an afternoon break worth taking—MTV is giving their '90s hit House of Style a 2012 revamp, and to celebrate, they've opened the show's digital archive, featuring over 150 clips! A quick browse on style.mtv.com brought up vintage videos of the Spice Girls shopping at '90s mall staple Contempo Casuals, and Karl Lagerfeld giving a backstage interview at Paris Fashion Week circa 1992 ("They are the image-makers of today, the goddesses of the silent sccreen," he says of supermodels). Tune in to the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards on September 6th, when the network will announce the host of the new House of Style, premiering October 9th. We can't wait!
