The Unbearable Lightness Of Me: Katie Holmes Is Going Back To ... Jul 19th 2012, 22:13 Wow. First the divorce settlement in her favor, then the luxury digs and fabulous new wardrobe - and now Katie Holmes has a plum role lined up on Broadway. This will be the first time Holmes has tread the boards since 2008 in All My Sons. Her career has been a lukewarm since her marriage to Tom Cruise and apart from her rather forgettable role as Rachel Dawes in Batman Begins, All My Sons was the highlight. Holmes has signed up for a part in Theresa's Rebeck's new play Dead Accounts, which will open this autumn. Let's hope she has some of Nicole Kidman's post-divorce luck : Kidman's career soared after the shackles were cut, including an Oscar!
