No fav childhood movie would be complete without one of Australia’s greatest movies of all time….BMX BANDITS!!!!
Yes, many a day my brother and I would watch these awesomely cool dudes ride their bmx bikes around Manly , doing tricks and taking on bad guys!
And if that’s not enough to whet the appetite, it stars Nicole Kidman in one of her earliest and, quite possibly, best performance ever!
When I was younger, I wanted to be Judy! I also wanted to be Punky Brewster and She-Ra but I digress.
Just watch this trailer and tell me it doesn’t make you want to go out there and buy the dvd straight away….I dare ya!
As the kid in the trailer said, “WOW!”
BMX Bandits also boasts one of the coolest end credit songs, The Papers “I’m Ready To Fly”…ENJOY!
