Holmes and Tom fight over their daughter's religion
London: Tom cruise seems to believe much in repeating the history. Actor is for the second time facing this divorce thing and if sources are to be believed then he has hired the same lawyer which made his split possible from Nicole Kidman. The actor will use Dennis Wasser to fight the battle against Katie Holmes who wants the sole custody of their six year old daughter.
Earlier during his divorce with his first wife Nicole Kidman, Tom petitioned and gained the primary custody of their two adopted children. According to the sources after the Katie filed divorce against him the couple is now trying to solve their issue on the upbringing of their six year old girl. Tom is a Scientology practitioner and wants his daughter Suri to practice the same.
